HONDARRIBIA CROSSROADS 2015
CELEBRATING MUDDY WATERS' 100 YEARS ANNIVERSARY
Hondarribia Crossroads is a section within the festival, which is always dedicated to a particular theme. This year it is celebrating in the evening on Friday, July 10, and we are going to kill not two but three birds with one stone with this section because, on the one hand, we will celebrate Muddy Waters' birth centenary with a meeting of 5 musicians and some of the greatest exponents of the Chicago blues such as Bob Margolin, Bob Stroger, Bob Corritore, Kenny Smith, ans Ariyo.
Muddy Waters is considered the best blues legend and the Chicago blues father. From his guitar we could listen to legendary songs such as Mannish Boy, Rolling and Tumbling, Got my Mojo Working or Rolling Stone, which inspired the Rolling Stone's band and used the title as their name of the band.
